Recipe: Phool makhana with dry nuts & paneer

Ingredients:

  • 3 cup phool makhanas
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 1 cup dry nuts
  • 2 tbspn oil
  • 1 cup grated paneer
  • 1 tspn garam masala
  • 2 cups tomato paste
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 1 tspn ginger paste
  • 1.5 tspn red chilly powder
  • 2 cloves
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cardamoms
  • Few coriander leaves

Method:

  • Heat oil in pan and put all the condiments.
  • Now add tomato paste with all the spices.
  • Cook till oil floats on the top.
  • Add all the ingredients except garam masala and  coriander leaves.
  • Now cook till water is absorbed.
  • While serving put garam masala and coriander leaves over it.
