Recipe: Phool makhana with dry nuts & paneer
Ingredients:
- 3 cup phool makhanas
- 2 bay leaf
- 1 cup dry nuts
- 2 tbspn oil
- 1 cup grated paneer
- 1 tspn garam masala
- 2 cups tomato paste
- 1 tspn salt
- 1 tspn ginger paste
- 1.5 tspn red chilly powder
- 2 cloves
- 3 cups water
- 2 cardamoms
- Few coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and put all the condiments.
- Now add tomato paste with all the spices.
- Cook till oil floats on the top.
- Add all the ingredients except garam masala and coriander leaves.
- Now cook till water is absorbed.
- While serving put garam masala and coriander leaves over it.
