Navratan Korma
Recipe: Navratan Korma
Ingredients:
- 1 cup poppy seeds
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 1 cup paneer (small pieces)
- 3 cups mixed vegetables (boiled)
- 1 cup phool makhanas
- 4 onion paste
- ½ cup cashew nuts ( small pieces)
- 2 tspn ginger paste
- 4 tbspn oil
- 2 garlic paste
- 2 cloves
- 2 cup tomato paste
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tspn red chilly powder
- 1 tspn cumin seeds
- 1.5 tspn salt
- ½ cup coconut powder
- 1 tspn garam masala
- ¼ cup coriander leaves
- 1 cup water
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and put all the condiments in it.
- Add onion, ginger and garlic paste. Fry till light brown.
- Now add all the ingredients except coriander leaves and garam masala.
- Cook it for 15 minutes on high flame.
- While serving put coriander leaves and garam masala over it.
- Serve it with rumali roti.
