Recipe : Minestrone Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Chopped cabbage
  • 1 Cup boiled macroni
  • 4 Tomatoes (blanched)
  • 50 Gms. Cheese
  • 2 Chopped onions
  • 1 tsp. Garlic paste
  • 2 Chopped carrots
  • 7 Cups basis brown stock
  • 1 Small piece pumpkin
  • 2 tbsps butter salt & pepper to taste

Method:

  • Melt butter in a pan.
  • Add onion and garlic, fry until light brown.
  • Now add all the ingredients except Macroni cook it for 10 minutes and then add Macroni.
  • Cook it again for another 10 minutes.

Serve it hot.
