Gulab Jamun
Recipe: Gulab Jamun
Ingredients:
- ½ kg. mawa
- 150 gms. Paneer
- 2 cups water
- 140 gms. Maida
- 500 gms. Sugar
- ghee for frying
Method:
- Mix mawa, paneer and maida.
- Make balls and fry them on slow fire till they are light brown.
- Mix water and sugar.
- Boil it for 5 minutes.
- Now put fired balls in this syrup for one hour.
- Serve them hot.
