Recipe: Gulab Jamun

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg. mawa
  • 150 gms. Paneer
  • 2 cups water
  • 140 gms. Maida
  • 500 gms. Sugar
  • ghee for frying

Method:

  • Mix mawa, paneer and maida.
  • Make balls and fry them on slow fire till they are light brown.
  • Mix water and sugar.
  • Boil it for 5 minutes.
  • Now put fired balls in this syrup for one hour.
  • Serve them hot.
