Amritsari Pullao

Recipe: Amritsari Pullao

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups boiled rice
  • 2 Cups boiled vari
  • 2 Cups tomato paste
  • 2 Onions (chopped)
  • 2 tspn red chilly powder
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 2 Cardamoms
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 tspn jeera
  • 2 tblspn oil

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan and put all the condiments.
  • Fry onions till brown.
  • Now add tomato paste and cook till oil floats the top add rice, salt and chilly powder.
  • Cook it for 5 minutes with vari.
  •  Serve it hot.
