Amritsari Pullao
Recipe: Amritsari Pullao
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups boiled rice
- 2 Cups boiled vari
- 2 Cups tomato paste
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- 2 tspn red chilly powder
- 1 tspn salt
- 2 Cardamoms
- 2 Cloves
- 1 tspn jeera
- 2 tblspn oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and put all the condiments.
- Fry onions till brown.
- Now add tomato paste and cook till oil floats the top add rice, salt and chilly powder.
- Cook it for 5 minutes with vari.
- Serve it hot.
